The review team for this audit was conducted by a third-party professional organization in strict accordance with the national standard "Product After sales Service Evaluation System" GB/T 27922. The evaluation experts conducted evaluations of the company's Hangzhou headquarters, Inner Mongolia office, Guangdong office, and Northeast office in strict accordance with the evaluation standard system. Through inquiry, record review, on-site communication, and other methods, a comprehensive, strict, and fair review was conducted on the operation of Depore’after-sales service system, aiming to identify gaps and shortcomings in the implementation process of the system, clarify improvement goals and measures, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of after-sales service. After a 3-day evaluation, the evaluation experts fully affirmed Depore's after-sales service system and recognized that the company's after-sales service meets the highest requirements of national standards, is in a leading position in the heat pump industry, and should obtain the eight star certification of the "Product after-sales service system". At the same time, during the comprehensive review of the company's after-sales system, the expert group proposed highly constructive after-sales service upgrade plans and specific operational requirements for strengthening the construction of after-sales service channels such as telephone customer service, e-commerce service team, and large customer team. Taking the company's future high-speed development to a higher level and enhancing its market competitiveness is an important remedial process.
